We, Zhengzhou Great Wall Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd, our tower crane is researched and designed with absorbing the global advanced technology with high performance. 1) Steel Structure
Steel is the essential safety guarantee for tower crane. The steel we use for our tower crane is tower crane usage special square steel from Wuhan Iron and Steel Group. Steel material for those essential parts like lifting jib, tower top, frame etc is 16 Manganese Steel. Thus to assure safety, advance and high performance of the crane.
2) Hoisting Mechanism
We apply following technology of mature three velocity-variation pole motor, big center distance speed reducer, big diameter drum to effectively enhance the life span of crane. And the equipped rope mechanism solves the rope disorder issue effectively. The crane is specially equipped with hydraulic push brake to assure stable and reliable braking and easy maintenance.
3) Swing Mechanism
The speed change system is by rheostat variation of wound rotor motor or by frequency change system. The swing of tower crane is flexible, stable, exact positioning, highly reduced swing impact force and with high safety performance.
4) Luffer
It applies double-speed or three-speed motors for speed change control according to the jib length, easy running control, low impact force, high operation stability and high efficiency.
5) Control System
The Electric elements are from Schneider Company to assure high system reliability. The control cables uses air plug for easy and fast assembling and maintenance.
6) Operating System
Newly spacecraft type cabinet room with air conditioning system, wide eye view, high consideration of operator comfortableness and maximally to low down operation fault rate.
7) Security Guards
Except for using the common security devices, we uniquely equips high definition operation tracking monitor system which can thoroughly supervise the lifting hook, ground and construction building and can assure safety operation when with sight blockage.
