Concrete Mixer Plant

Introduction:
We, Zhengzhou Great Wall Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd, our concrete mixer plant is a high effective, stable and reliable concrete mixing plant with our JS Series concrete mixer as its mixing core system.

Our double shaft forced JS series mixer is with strong mixing power, high mixing evenness, high productivity and long lifespan. It suits for mixing dry hard, half dry hard, plastic, and other ratios of concrete.

We have 11 technical patents for our JS series mixer machine, the mixing blade and liner is made by high wearing-resistance chromium-manganese alloy. The lubrication system and main shaft driving system are of international advanced technology. The hydraulic discharging door angle is adjustable. The shaft end sealing system is by multi-sealing structure effectively prevents leakage and guarantees the continuous long running of whole mixing system.

The Batching and Feeding System:
1) The PLD series batching machine is by pneumatic independent weighing system with high stability and efficiency.
2) The batching aggregates can be 2-5 types as per the unique needs of customers.
3) The sensors for the weighing system are of China Famous Brand with assured high weighing accuracy and stability.
4) The feeding system can be hopper type or closed belt type to meet customers’ requirement both on project cost and efficiency.

Weighing System:
1) Apart the standard water, cement and additive weighing system, we can add other weighing system as per requirement of Buyer.
2) The sensors for the weighing system are of China Famous Brand with assured high weighing accuracy and stability.
3) The pneumatic butterfly valve is full aluminum for high performance and forever non-corrosion.

The Centralized Control System:
We use the international advanced full auto control models of integration industry computer or full auto SIMENS PLC+PC model. For small project or the project that has comparatively fixed concrete formula, it can use PLC semi-auto control system or manual control system to hugely save cost.

Application:
Concrete mixer plant can be widely used in construction projects like buildings, roads, bridges, high way roads, docks, airport, metro, government project, water projects, hydropower station, etc. They can also be used to producing precast concrete and used as commercial concrete batching plant.
