Part of Configurations Features:

Mixing System:
1) Our JS Series mixer is with 9 technical patents, it is with strong mixing power, high mixing evenness and high productivity.
2) It suits for mixing dry hard, half dry hard, plastic, and other ratios of concrete.
3) The mixing blade and liner is made by high wearing-resistance chromium-manganese alloy.
4) Both the lubrication system and main shaft driving system refer to Italian SICOMA technology. 5) The hydraulic discharging door angle is adjustable.
6) The shaft end sealing system is by multi-sealing structure effectively prevents leakage and guarantees the continuous long running of whole mixing system.
7) Motors and speed reducers are of China Famous Brand Product.

 

The Batching and Feeding System:

1) The PLD series batching machine is by pneumatic independent weighing system with high stability and efficiency.
2) The batching aggregates can be 3-5 types as per the unique needs of customers.
3) The sensors for the weighing system are of China Famous Brand with assured high weighing accuracy and stability.
4) The feeding system is of closed belt type, the belt is of china famous brand and the idler is troughed type, with belt tensioning system and cleaning system, guaranteeing the feeding efficiency and effectively longer the equipment lifespan.
5) The belt system is with maintenance aisle for the maintenance of the equipments.

 

Weighing System:

1) Apart the standard water, cement and additive weighing system, we can add ash coal and mineral powder weighing system as per requirement of Buyer for commercial concrete.
2) The sensors for the weighing system are of China Famous Brand with assured high weighing accuracy and stability.
3) The pneumatic butterfly valve is full aluminum for high performance and forever non-corrosion.

 

The Centralized Control System:

We use the international advanced control model of IPC (Industry Personal Computer) centralized control system, and has reached REAL computer integration control. Compared with normal PLC+PC control model，our centralized control system is with incomparable advantages on aspects of strong anti-interference ability, high reliability and stability, and highly increases the comprehensive efficiency of whole plant. We have real achieved zero failure rate and zero repair service needed after sales.
