Introduction:
We, Zhengzhou Great Wall Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd, our belt conveyor concrete batching plant reaches continuous feeding of material. The belt feeding method ensures high productivity and vastly used for commercial concrete batching plant that has high requirement on production efficiency, ready mixed concrete batching plant, middle to big scale project concrete batching plant and precast concrete plant etc.

Our belt type concrete batching plant uses closed type belt feeding system, the belt is of china famous brand and the idler is troughed type, with belt tensioning system and cleaning system, highly guaranteeing the feeding efficiency and effectively longer the equipment lifespan. The belt system is with maintenance aisle for the maintenance of the equipments. The feeding system can be uniquely designed as per the worksite landscape, area size and investment plan to meets customers’ requirement on both project cost and efficiency.

Part of Configurations Features:
Mixing System:
1) Our JS Series mixer is with 9 technical patents, it is with strong mixing power, high mixing evenness and high productivity. It suits for mixing dry hard, half dry hard, plastic, and other ratios of concrete.
2) The mixing blade and liner is made by high wearing-resistance chromium-manganese alloy.
3) Both the lubrication system and main shaft driving system referes to Italian technology.
4) The hydraulic discharging door angle is adjustable.
5) The shaft end sealing system is by multi-sealing structure effectively prevents leakage and guarantees the continuous long running of whole mixing system.
6) Motors and speed reducers are of China Famous Brand.

The Batching and Feeding System:
1) The PLD series batching machine is with choice of accumulated weighing or pneumatic independent weighing system.
2) The batching aggregates can be 2-5 types as per the unique needs of customers.
3) The sensors for the weighing system are of China Famous Brand with assured high weighing accuracy and stability.

Weighing System:
1) Apart the standard water, cement and additive weighing system, we can add ash coal and mineral powder weighing system as per requirement of Buyer for commercial concrete.

3) The pneumatic butterfly valve is full aluminum for high performance and forever non-corrosion.

The Centralized Control System:
We use the international advanced full auto control models of integration industry computer or normal full auto SIMENS PLC+PC model. It is with features of strong anti-interference ability, high accuracy, high reliability and stability, and low failure.
