The Maintenance and Repair of the Concrete Batching Plant

1. Keep clean of the body, clean out the dirt and obstacle.

2. Check the oil plant, circuit and control equipment of every lubrication part, and fill the lubricant as requested.

3. Before each shift started, add water into the mixing drum and racing for 1~2 minutes, meanwhile, you need check the reliability of the clutch and the brake device work.

4. During operation of the concrete batching plant, you should listen to if the noise of the electric motor, reducer and driving gear is normal, whether the temperature is too high?

5. After the every shift finished, the concrete batching plant should be cleaned carefully.
